This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Senior Executive Assistant.  In this role you will support the Head of Experience Delivery. The qualified candidate will provide first-class and highly professional administrative support that is confidential and reliable. Acute attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure and within deadlines is essential. The opportunity to flex into expanded roles, including special projects, will be based upon success with the responsibilities described below.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive administrative support that includes a variety of tasks supporting the executives and their teams.
  • Uphold high standards for work quality and privacy.
  • Management of two busy Outlook calendars, including ongoing communication regarding prioritization of conflicts.
  • Scheduling of work-related travels, meals, etc. with an eye on expenses and efficiency of executives’ time, management of all expenses (corporate expenses, reimbursement, etc.).
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings and conference and/or video calls, answer telephones, overnight shipments.
  • Serve as a general office manager for two departments (manage issues in the office, maintain department supplies, technology, etc.).
  • Prepare, review and draft correspondence.
  • Serve as an ambassador of the two teams interfacing with key stakeholders (i.e., highly professional, collaborative).
  • Ongoing stakeholder management with superior communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve; and 
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of success in a senior executive assistant role (or the equivalent) – references will be required.
  • Superior attention to detail, sensitivity to deadlines and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills including strong attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; and
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Preferred Experience:

  • High School or equivalent (GED) required
  • Associates Degree preferred

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F 8-5  4 days in the New York NY Office
