Camaraderie to the Ice

Cross-collaboration can come through unique experiences where colleagues get to know one another outside of day-to-day business, and go beyond the boundaries of divisions, geographies, and responsibilities to team-build across departments. Leadership across Business Banking, Citizens Private Client, Finance, Mortgage, Retail Banking and Wealth Management, assembled an all-star team of colleagues to go head-to-head in the 1st Annual Citizens Stanley Cup at a rink near our Johnston, RI campus. 

“Team Citizens Wealth Management” donned green jerseys and went head-to-head with colleagues across “Team Bank” in white jerseys to showcase the best of Citizens. Throughout 45 minutes, skills, teamwork, and camaraderie were on display with 100 colleagues cheering their teammates on. After 3 periods of heated play, the score was tied at 5-5, and the game went to overtime. “Team Bank” won in a final shoot out.
