Intern and Full-Time Programs

Property and Procurement Internship
Through our 10-week internship program, you'll see the different ways our groups support the bank and interact internally on a day-to-day basis while developing a wide variety of technical and soft skills. You'll get to shadow senior leaders, interact with interns across business lines and apply your skillset in a real-life business case you'll present to your prospective team and group leaders. Plus, top performing interns get early consideration for a full-time role following graduation.

What you’ll do.
- Interns are placed on one of the teams within Property and Procurement
- You'll gain the following skills: Financial Basics, Data & Qualitive Analysis, Contract Basics, Decision Making, Risk Management, Supplier Diversity, and more

Your impact.
Summer interns will work within one of the following areas of the Property and Procurement Team:
- Retail/Office Leasing: Responsible for strategy, site selection, space planning, and negotiations for our 1,300 Retail sites and 130 Office locations
- Lease Administration: Responsible for compliance and cost control with respect to our Real Estate portfolio
- Corporate Services: Responsible for Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Health & Safety, and Environmental Sustainability
- Real Estate Operations: Responsible for retail construction, facilities maintenance, and energy conservation through various engineering projects
- Third Party Risk Management (TPRM): Responsible for assessing and managing risks associated with using outside parties to supplement our resources
- Sourcing: Responsible for partnering with various business lines to obtain necessary outside resources and negotiation associated contracts
Property and Procurement Development Program
In our 1 year, full-time development program, you'll get the unique opportunity to participate in experiential learning through on-the-job training and executive leadership exposure across the Property and Procurement organization.

What you’ll do.
- Onboarding and training centered around organizational knowledge, exposure to senior leadership, and background on Property and Procurement operations
- Complete four, 3-month rotations in areas across our Property and Procurement organization
