We care about you
Our Caring for Citizens Business Resource Group (BRG) is one of seven colleague-led communities - and it's dedicated to supporting those with caregiving responsibilities. From volunteer activities to guest speaker events, the BRG provides many resources and activities for parents and caregivers to connect and be empowered at home and in the office.

Real stories, real balance
As a working mom of children with disabilities, it's nice to interact with others who have similar responsibilities. I think it’s important for us to have peers to connect with who have felt the pressures and struggles that often come with being a working parent.
Family has always been such a critical part of my identity. Caring for my aging parents takes agility, time and patience. Citizens recognizes and supports the important role I play in supporting my loved ones.
