We’re hiring Floorcare Maintenance Technicians to play a vital role in ensuring our facilities’ floors and upholstery are clean, safe, and well-maintained. These nighttime roles have shifts from 4:00pm to 2:00am, Monday-Thursday, with possibility of overtime during evenings and weekends.

What it takes to succeed
We're looking for individuals with the following skills and qualifications to join our team:
- Experience in Floor Maintenance: Proficiency in cleaning various floor types, including VCT, ceramic tile, carpet and more.
- Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs as needed.
- Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel between assigned facilities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License: Required for operating the company-provided vehicle.
