We know the value of creating time and opportunities for data and analytics practitioners and enthusiasts to collaborate and learn together. Enter DataPulse, our proprietary, annual data and analytics conference open to all colleagues.
Over two days, colleagues are exposed to external and internal keynote speakers, panel discussions, breakout sessions, model throwdowns with executive leaders, dynamic demos, and a mini-colleague fair showcasing vendor partners and internal resources to drive our transformation forward.

Teamwork makes the (data) dream work
A core component of the conference is our datathon, which fosters spirited competition and collaboration, and is open to all colleagues. Teams have six hours to solve a complex machine learning problem - processing and interpreting the data, and building models, culminating in a final presentation to executive leadership. Winners are crowned the next day as part of the conference agenda. Data scientists, pricing and business intelligence analysts, risk professionals and more, make up more than 450 colleagues that have competed in previous years.
