ERIC SCHUPPENHAUER, CITIZENS HOME MORTGAGE PRESIDENT
Eric joined Citizens Bank in March of 2018 with more than 14 years of senior mortgage industry experience. He was previously the head of Mortgage for Capital One where he was responsible for managing the bank’s mortgage production as well as their mortgage and home equity servicing business. Prior to Capital One, he held senior leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase, Fannie Mae and Credit Suisse and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Eric is based in Irving, TX.
SONU MITTAL, HEAD OF RETAIL LENDING
Sonu joined Citizens in April 2018 with more than 18 years of mortgage industry experience and held various senior leadership roles at Capital One and Chevy Chase Bank. He is responsible for national production for Retail Channel which has more than 800 mortgage professionals across 23 states and the District of Columbia. Sonu is based in Dallas, TX.
MATTHEW EGAN – RETAIL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Matthew joined Citizens Bank in November 2012 with more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience. Prior to working at Citizens, he spent 7 years at Bank of America where he led all aspects of the operations site in Marlton NJ. Matthew started his mortgage career at PHH Mortgage where he spent over 7 years in a variety of operations and sales roles.
CHACE GUNDLACH, DIVISIONAL SALES DIRECTOR
Prior to joining Citizens in December 2008, Chace was a Regional Manager at JPMorgan Chase for 18 years. He brings more than 25 years of industry experience and manages more than 350 mortgage sales professionals in 10 states and the District of Columbia. Chace is based in Horsham, PA.
