Consumer Bank Enterprise Experience (CBEX) Summer Internship

In this 10-week summer internship program, you'll have the opportunity to gain a strong understanding of the Consumer Bank and enterprise functions. You’ll experience a variety of relevant projects and gain exposure to senior leaders. Plus, you'll get priority consideration for our full-time Consumer Bank Enterprise Experience (CBEX) Development Program.

What you’ll do. 

  • Training centered around building foundational banking knowledge and skills for success
  • Executive story telling
  • Competitor and industry research
  • Data analysis and insights
  • Intern cohort business challenge

Where we hire.

  • Westwood, MA (20 minutes from Boston by train)
  • Some travel to Johnston, RI is required

Your impact.

Summer interns work within one of the following business lines supporting three core areas:

  1. Consumer Bank: Business Banking, Wealth Management, Consumer Lending, Checking, Deposits and Retail Transformation
  2. Strategy: Consumer Strategy, Enterprise Strategy and Sustainability
  3. Enterprise Functions: Enterprise Marketing, Risk, Sustainability, Digital, Payments, Corporate Communications and Innovation

Consumer Bank Enterprise Experience (CBEX) Development Program

In our 1 year, full-time development program, you'll get the unique opportunity to participate in experiential learning through on-the-job training and executive leadership exposure across the Consumer Bank and some Enterprise functions.

What you’ll do. 

  • 3-weeks of onboarding and training centered around organizational knowledge, exposure to senior leadership, and background on banking operations
  • Complete four, 3-month rotations in areas across our Consumer Bank and enterprise functions

Where we hire.

  • Westwood, MA (20 minutes from Boston by train)
  • Some travel to Johnston, RI is required
