Summer Analyst Internship Program

In our 10-week summer internship program, you'll be assigned to active and prospective engagement teams. You'll gain exposure to the responsibilities of an investment banker, with the opportunity to grow professionally in a fast-paced environment. Plus, you'll get priority consideration for our full-time Capital Markets and Advisory (CM&A) Program. 

What you’ll do.

  • Financial analysis and modeling
  • Draft and assemble key marketing and transaction-related documents
  • Develop pitch materials and participate in client meetings
  • Transaction due diligence
  • Prepare internal underwriting materials
  • Hands-on, live deal experience

Your impact.

Summer Analysts work within one of the following business areas:

  1. Corporate Finance (Industry Coverage): You'll focus on the origination of business in specific industry sectors, working closely with the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) teams to execute business.
  2. Debt Capital Markets (DCM): You'll focus on the origination, structuring and execution of bank and bond transactions for corporate and sponsor companies.
  3. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A Advisory): You'll focus on all aspects of the sell-side and buy-side process for corporate and sponsor clients.

Capital Markets and Advisory (CM&A) Program

In our 2-3 year, full-time Analyst program, you'll get the unique opportunity to be part of building a powerful middle-market-focused investment bank.

What you’ll do.

  • Analyze financial statement trends, prepare public company and transaction comparable analyses, develop leveraged buyout and financing models
  • Prepare information memoranda and other transaction documents to market our deals
  • Prepare origination materials and other presentations while supporting efforts to develop new business ideas, pitch strategies or structuring scenarios

2026 Summer Analyst Internship Program

  • April 28th, 2025 – Applications open (may close as early as May 2nd)
  • May 2025 – First round interviews
  • Mid-June 2025 – Super Day interviews
  • Late June 2025 – Offers are extended

2026 Capital Markets and Advisory (CM&A) Program

We prioritize qualified interns from our Summer Analyst Internship program for our Capital Markets and Advisory (CM&A) program. If we have any remaining open roles, they'll be posted on our career site late August 2025, or as business needs change.
