Private Bank Internship Program 2026

Join Citizens Private Bank as a Private Bank Intern and gain hands-on experience in an exciting, client-focused environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside Relationship Managers and the Private Banking team, supporting the management of relationships with high and ultra-high net worth clients. Through a structured rotational program, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our full suite of deposit and lending products and services, while exploring specialized areas such as Private Equity and Venture Capital, Commercial Real Estate, and Business Banking. You’ll also spend time in a Private Bank Office (PBO), learning first-hand how we deliver exceptional service through our network of physical locations. This experience will help you build strong client service skills, apply creative problem-solving, and gain insight into the strategies that strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Private Bankers with client onboarding, documentation, and account setup.

Support Relationship Managers with client follow-up and administrative tasks.

Participate in special projects and initiatives to enhance client experience.

Conduct research and prepare materials for client meetings.

Learn operational processes and compliance requirements within Private Banking.

Collaborate with teams across different verticals to understand business strategies.

Qualifications:

Background in Corporate Finance, Accounting, or related field

Required Minimum GPA: 3.0

Preferred Graduation Date: May 2027

The position offers $25/per hour.
