TS Regional Sales Manager

Lead Treasury Solutions Growth as a Regional Sales Executive

Are you a seasoned leader in Commercial Banking, Treasury, or Payments Solutions, ready to make a significant impact? Citizens is seeking a dynamic TS Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our Treasury Solutions sales strategy across Middle Market and Large Corporate clients.

What You Bring:

  • Proven track record over a minimum of 8 years in sales leadership within Commercial Banking, Treasury, or Payments.
  • Deep expertise in Cash Management, Commercial Card, and Trade Finance solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and lead senior sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic influencing skills.
  • Experience managing teams serving Middle Market and Large Corporate clients.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
  • Professional certifications such as CTP or CFA.

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F
  • Hybrid in at least one of the following locations: PA, OH, MI, TX
