As the Product Marketing Manager, you will manage a small team of product marketing partners or specialists and will be responsible for delivering marketing strategies and tactics within scope (one or more products within the consumer bank, or within one function/segment/channel across all consumer products). You will be a thought partner with product owners in creating end-to-end marketing strategies, including account acquisition, customer retention and demand generation. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the marketing budget within scope and recommending marketing budget allocations among tactics within business/product line strategies. You will ensure that the marketing activities within scope are in compliance with state and federal regulations and provide guidance while coordinating implementation efforts with respect to the installation of new or existing products and services. Primary responsibilities include

• Effectively leverage and develop campaigns and tactics to support sales and service in each channel in conjunction with internal marketing partners.
• Development of strategic plans and ideas for creative execution of marketing/advertising initiatives.
• Follow controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled, and compliance requirements are adhered to on an ongoing basis.
• Manage team members from both a deliverables perspective as well as a career & personal development perspective.
