Position Summary

Responsible for supporting Wealth Management business lines by collaborating with business partners, third-party vendors, and internal technology teams to deliver technology initiatives. This role ensures high-quality service to internal clients, resolves operational issues, and drives process improvements within Wealth Infrastructure technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including external vendors and internal teams, to coordinate the implementation of technology solutions and manage the application lifecycle.
  • Provide exceptional service to internal clients by identifying issues, researching solutions, onboarding new technologies, and offering guidance.
  • Independently interpret and resolve matters related to Wealth Infrastructure technology operations.
  • Execute assigned tasks and self-initiated deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Assess current processes, design, and implement improvements; develop standard operating procedures to align with evolving business needs.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with peers, partners, and internal clients.
  • Precisely record/document initiatives for evaluation by principal technology stakeholders
  • Support team members and act as a resource for others.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Wealth-owned applications and lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes in technology operations.
  • Contribute to risk management efforts, focusing on operational, compliance, strategic, and reputational risks.
  • Lead ad hoc initiatives as directed by senior management.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Proven expertise in client service, operations, business delivery, and risk management.
  • Strong attention to detail and thorough execution of deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement, especially technology management.
  • Proficiency in Office 365.
  • Experience and knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation
  • Effective collaboration skills across teams and organizational boundaries.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities for complex issues.
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous or uncertain environments.

Preferred:

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Motivation for continuous improvement, especially using agile approaches.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Initiative to acquire knowledge independently and represent the team confidently.
  • Proficient in SharePoint, Service Now (SNOW), and Atlassian Jira.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience required.
