Join the Private Bank’s Product & Business Solutions team as a Platform Engagement Manager. In this role, you will drive adoption and usage of key onboarding and servicing platforms, with a key focus on Salesforce and other systems used to manage the sales, account opening, and maintenance processes used by colleagues to meet the needs of our ultra-high net worth clients. You’ll collaborate with frontline team members, Operations, Product, Technology, LOB SMEs, and cross‑functional partners, helping remove roadblocks and ensuring continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: Evangelizing the benefits of the platforms, tools, and resources designed to optimize the colleague and client experiences.
  • Inform & Educate: Develop and deliver training, job aids, launch materials, and resources to ensure understanding of features and functionality, including managing Sharepoint content for Build & Delivery activities.
  • Troubleshoot: Coordinate office hours and serve as a resource for colleagues requiring support and escalation assistance with key platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between frontline teams and technology pods in soliciting input and feedback in an effort to improve experiences and performance. Schedule and host demonstration sessions.
  • Administration & Access: Actively manage the licensing and approvals required to provide team members with the correct levels of access while minimizing operational expense.
  • Strategic Vision: Proactively identify forward-thinking opportunities including use of AI, tools, and technology solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or Technology.
  • 5+ years in relationship management, project management, program delivery, or leadership with complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Success delivering programs/projects within financial services organization with innovative approaches to execution.

Skills & Competencies

  • Inspiring others to action; cultivating high‑performing partnerships; participative consensus building.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills with ability to deliver with confidence.
  • Influence across senior stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Budgeting & financial acumen for capital/operational spend.
  • Analytical/problem‑solving; comfort with ambiguity; bias for action.
  • Tools: Advanced PowerPoint, Jira, Project Management solutions, Salesforce.

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $140 - $170 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
