Description

The Business Support Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Office Strategy, Leasing & Execution Team. They are organized, efficient, and well-positioned to respond to time-sensitive matters. This role involves both routine daily assignments and strategic business planning, as well as poised to handle change management initiatives. 

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing end-to-end administrative processes 
  • Delivering high-quality business support services to strategic partners 
  • Supporting the Office Strategy, Leasing & Execution Team
  • Financial reconciliation
  • Interfacing with Lucernex (Project Management Platform) 
  • Coordinating activities to support Execution Teams 

Required Skills/Experience: 

  • 3 or more years of administrative experience 
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong follow up skills
  • Strong customer service abilities 
  • Proactive, independent thinker with strong problem solving skills;knows when to ask questions and escalate when appropriate
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with partners 
  • Detail-oriented 
  • Strong learning agility

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per week:40

Work Schedule:8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday

Position is onsite 4 days per week at Johnston, RI office
