Occupancy Team Data Analyst

Job Description

The Occupancy Team Data Analyst plays a key role in shaping how our organization understands and manages workplace utilization. This role analyzes complex datasets, develops automated reporting, and creates visual dashboards that support enterprise-wide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review metadata mapping, assess data quality, and identify inconsistencies across Occupancy ecosystems.

  • Conduct data discovery, including exploratory data analysis, attribute profiling, correlation analysis, and gap identification.

  • Create reusable analytical datasets from complex or large-scale data sources.

  • Develop visual aids and dashboards to effectively communicate occupancy and portfolio insights to broad audiences.

  • Apply statistical, text-based, and operational analysis techniques.

  • Maintain awareness of systems such as Eptura; HRIS platforms including Fieldglass and Tira; and security badge systems such as OnGuard and Linses.

  • Participate in evaluating new data elements for trending, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Engage with the Data & Analytics Academy for ongoing skill development.

  • Provide consultative support to cross-functional teams.

  • Document processes, data flows, transformation rules, and reporting logic.

  • Maintain updated files and reference materials in shared team repositories.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline or enhance processes and propose meaningful improvements.

  • Communicate insights and reporting outcomes to leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of analytics or reporting experience.

  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with occupancy or workplace analytics.

  • Familiarity with Eptura, OnGuard, Lucernex, and ServiceNow.

  • Experience with SQL, Python, or other automation tools.

    Pay Transparency 

    The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
