Join our Consumer Specialty Operations team as a Business Execution Manager. In this role, you will drive on‑time delivery of capital‑funded and business‑driven projects across Mortgage Servicing—spanning both the performing portfolio and the default portfolio. You’ll lead a team of initiative managers and SMEs, coordinate cross‑functional partners, and remove roadblocks to ensure execution excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage initiative managers/SMEs; coach, set priorities, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Agile Resource Management: Implement agile resource management practices to optimize team capacity across multiple workstreams.
  • Project Delivery: Own planning support, execution, and deployment for capital and business‑funded initiatives; track milestones; escalate risk; drive mitigation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between business units, technology, vendors, and external partners; align priorities and remove blockers.
  • Governance & Compliance: Uphold governance standards; ensure audit‑ready documentation; support regulatory/compliance needs.
  • Strategic Alignment: Translate business goals into executable roadmaps; drive prioritization based on value, risk, and resource availability.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Technology, or PMP preferred.
  • 5+ years in project management, program delivery, or operations leadership with complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Success delivering projects within financial services organization, preferably in Mortgage Servicing (performing and/or default).

Skills & Competencies

  • People leadership; performance coaching; building high‑performing teams.
  • Methodologies: Agile and Waterfall; sprint/PI planning; governance stage gates.
  • Communication & influence across senior stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Budgeting & financial acumen for capital/operational spend.
  • Tools: Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, MSP operating system (workflow optimization).
  • Analytical/problem‑solving; comfort with ambiguity; bias for action.

Mortgage‑Specific Impact (Preferred Experience)

  • Mortgage Servicing
  • Default operations (Collections, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy).
  • Investor reporting, claims, cash processing, letters/notices and QRPC standards (e.g., FHA, Fannie Mae guidance).
  • Workflow/document systems and automation enablement.
  • Data/reporting coordination (e.g., epic/story tracking in Jira; deployment tracking in Smartsheet).
