Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Health and Safety Consultant for its Johnston, RI location.

Duties: Responsible for the promotion, execution, and monitoring of Health and Safety (H&S) programs that deliver safe property and work environment conditions for our colleagues, customers, and vendors. Plays a critical role in building a safety culture through colleague engagement, issue resolution, and education. Responsible for responding to safety-related property issues and emergencies throughout the footprint, providing identification, guidance, and oversight of industrial hygiene issues and remediation, supporting Property Services staff in planning and execution of work, including asbestos abatement, mold remediation, indoor air quality assessment and flood response, and supporting Property Services staff in identification and resolution of property-related safety issues. Responsible for conducting ergonomics assessments across the footprint and overseeing ergonomics design standards of furniture, tools and computer accessories offered to colleagues. Responsible for conducting deep data analysis (quantitative and qualitative) and developing Health and Safety Dashboards (including fleet safety telematics data, workers compensation claims, general liability claims) as a means of graphically depicting the data in easy to comprehend format. Responsible for creating visually stimulating safety training materials (including flyers and videos) to support the advancement and dissemination of Health and Safety programs.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Public Health, Biomedical Engineering, or related field, followed by one (1) year of experience in the role or in a related position. Full term of experience must include: Inspecting and evaluating indoor workplace environments for health and safety regulations and best practices; Conducting ergonomics assessments of workstations, including anthropometric analysis; Utilizing Qualtrics for survey development; Utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel functions and tools for sophisticated data analysis and trending and data visualization, including pivot tables, charts, advanced filters, data validation, statistical functions, text functions, and logical functions; Utilizing Microsoft Visio for diagram and flowchart design; Utilizing SAS and IBM SPSS for quantitative data analysis; Utilizing NVivo for qualitative data analysis; and Utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and Adobe Illustrator for graphic design.
