In the role of the Finance Senior Manager, you will supervise a team and play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity of the business through sound fundamental practices. You will be responsible for the Enterprise Marketing function covering all areas of financial and management reporting, planning and analysis. In this role, you’ll experience new things, create new opportunities, think beyond your role and make an impact. To support your team, you will develop talent, drive strategic business initiatives, and review financial forecasts, variance reports, and industry drivers as part of the planning process. You will serve as a strategic business partner to the Head of Enterprise Marketing, leading strategic initiatives and supporting cross functional teams with high visibility and impact. You will be fully knowledgeable on the day-to-day activities of a product or process and will provide assistance on complex business issues.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Facilitates the annual budgeting, annual strategic planning, and monthly forecasting processes, including analyzing key assumptions and related financial implications and advising the leadership team on forecast development and key planning decisions. 
  • Supports the business by providing financial reporting and analysis to influence business management and advises on accounting issues and the financial implications of business trends.
  • Ensures business leadership is focusing on the most important financial outcomes and that plans are aligned with business unit and franchise strategies.
  • Ensures the sound financial management and well controlled processes, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet reporting, and reconciliations as appropriate.
  • Leads development of executive-level presentations, incorporating strategic analysis and commentary to explain financial results and metrics in a concise, elevated manner. 
  • Prepares monthly accruals to ensure properly reported results, and develops insightful commentary and identifies risks and opportunities to stated targets.
  • Flexibly coordinates and partners with the Enterprise Marketing team to address requests from the central Finance functions encompassing planning, analysis, and reporting. 
  • Constantly scan and learn and apply new knowledge to transform core processes. Operate in an agile, flexible and adaptable manner.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Senior financial planning and analysis experience 
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Marketing finance experience

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Full time, 4 days in office 1 remote

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $128,000 - $144,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
