Job Responsibilities:

Drive innovation and efficiency in Talent Acquisition by leading the strategy, development, and optimization of our applicant tracking system, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and its integrations across the TA ecosystem. This role is pivotal in shaping seamless candidate and colleague experiences through technology, process improvement, and collaboration. As Platform Owner, you will champion user-centric solutions that streamline recruiting workflows, reduce complexity, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll leverage your expertise in product development to challenge conventional approaches, remove barriers, and foster continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong influence, negotiation skills, and the ability to align priorities across cross-functional teams to deliver on time and at scale.

  • Manage the development and continuous improvement of our applicant tracking system, ensuring alignment with business goals and user experience best practices.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle, providing guidance on system capabilities, integrations, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Own the product roadmap for Oracle Recruiting Cloud, driving innovation and adoption across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, assess resource capacity, and deliver scalable recruiting solutions.
  • Manage and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all platform enhancements and integrations, ensuring test plans are comprehensive, execution is timely, and outcomes validate business requirements before deployment.
  • Analyze recruiting data and user feedback to identify pain points, optimize workflows, and enhance automation and reporting capabilities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for break/fix items for the recruiting team.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting, configuration changes and software releases with vendor(s), including quarterly business reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of technology. 
  • Experience managing changes within organizations and across stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to effectively translate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Experience with Paradox, HireVue, HackerRank and JIRA.
  • Experience navigating model validation of AI and Gen AI-powered solutions. 
  • Experience with customer journey optimization and end-to-end experiences.
  • Experience with agile operating models and design thinking.

Hours and Work Schedule:

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, 4 days in office & 1 day remote
