Head of Product Segment – Liquidity Services

As the Head of Product Segment, you will lead in the development and implementation of an integrated, multichannel marketing communications plan for one or more complex business segments that help drive their success and the overall brand of Citizens. You will be responsible for engaging with business segment leadership and their teams to ensure a deep understanding of and alignment with their strategies, goals and initiatives and ensuring market research and data analytics are included in the development of business strategy, marketing strategy and marketing ROI analysis.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Work closely with internal and external partners to lead the development and implementation of an integrated, multichannel marketing plan – including the measurement and optimization of campaigns with the plan – for one or more complex business segments.
  • Engage with assigned business segment(s), by: developing and maintaining close working relationships with partners, including executive management; participating as an extended member of the business segment leadership and working teams; and developing deep business segment knowledge.
  • Develop insights from marketing research, client data analytics and marketing ROI analytics and incorporate into marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Manage other team members, both directly and indirectly, as well as agency partners, in the execution of marketing plans; responsible for completing aspects of the team member life cycle including recruitment, performance management and development.
  • Develop marketing budget for business segment and obtain alignment with business segment leadership and marketing leadership.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles.
    • Proven track record in developing and executing integrated, multichannel marketing strategies for complex business segments.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Deep understanding of marketing analytics, ROI measurement, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience with recruitment and performance development.
    • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities, with experience engaging executive leadership.
    • Ability to manage budgets and align financial plans with strategic objectives.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F
