Corporate Events Ticket Partner

Citizens is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Corporate Ticket Partner to join our Enterprise Sponsorships & Experiential Marketing Team and oversee the end-to-end management of corporate suites and tickets. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless communication and ticket fulfillment, working closely with partners from across all business lines for sporting and entertainment events. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate ticket inventory across multiple platforms and events.
  • Coordinate ticket allocations, transfers, and usage tracking for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external partners to ensure colleagues have timely access to ticket platform and understand the approval workflow. Share updates on platform enhancements and newly available tickets as they are released.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for line of business inquiries, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Collaborate with ticket management partner to ensure timely and accurate ticket fulfillment.
  • Maintain detailed reports of ticket usage, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and contractual obligations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve ticketing processes and enhance end user experience.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in event ticketing 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in ticketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality industries is a plus.

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40 Hours

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM 

Location: Westwood, MA or Boston, MA In office 4 days and 1 day remote.
