We’re looking for a highly organized, strategically grounded, and collaborative Content Development & Delivery Partner to join our Enterprise Social and Content Strategy team. This role is critical in bringing content strategies to life—overseeing execution from initial creative review through final delivery across all channels. The role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, on-brand creative under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Execution & Delivery
    • Own the end-to-end execution of content projects after initial creative review.
    • Oversees production schedule and timelines to keep us on task.
    • Partner with Content Strategists to understand project objectives, strategy, and creative briefs.
    • Manage stakeholder reviews and feedback, including Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
    • Collaborate with Web Strategy and Publishing teams to ensure timely development and launch on dotcom.
    • Oversee the creation of supporting social and content assets aligned with campaign goals.
    • Tracks performance as pulled by content strategist to help inform future creative.
    • Ensure brand consistency throughout creative development process.
  • Optimization & Performance
    • Partner with SEO teams to ensure content is optimized for discoverability and performance.
    • Generate tracking links and reporting frameworks to measure content effectiveness.
    • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and improve content quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve as a key liaison between content strategy, key stakeholders, creative partner, and web teams.
    • Facilitate clear communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders and departments.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, serving as a trusted and proactive creative resource.
  • Attention to Detail
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.
    • Responsible for quality assurance and testing processes to ensure content is accurate and polished before publication.
  • Additional requests as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience at a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in content operations, digital/social marketing, or project management. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into actionable execution. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally. 
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, web publishing workflows, and content performance metrics. 
  • Clear understanding of social media platforms, best practices and distribution.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Design experience and familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance content development and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in financial services or regulated industries is a bonus but not required.
  • Agency experience or background.
  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F 8-5 4 days in New York City office, Westwood, MA or Boston MA office  1 day work from home. 
  • Up to 15% travel possible
