Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead Digital Payments initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing customer experience and managing the end-to-end lifecycle for retail and small business digital payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business, technology, and analytics partners to implement product roadmaps using agile methodologies.
  • Focus on customer experience and continuous improvement through a digital-first mindset.
  • Deliver value, refine charters, facilitate agile practices, translate strategy into actionable tasks, and lead product demos.
  • Understand market trends and customer-centric design.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for transfers and digital payments, managing strategy and execution to support business and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external fintech partners, emphasizing roadmap development, market research, compliance, and human-centered design.

Qualifications:

  • Product management experience in banking, fintech, or payments, with proven success in digital payments.
  • Strong strategic and communication skills, agile experience, and knowledge of payment networks and regulatory frameworks.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in understanding market trends and customer-centric design.
  • Ability to coach and lead teams, facilitating agile practices and translating strategy into actionable tasks.

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
