  • As the Business Analyst, you will complete elements in the definition, requirements, design, build and delivery of a project or program. You will be responsible for building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers to analyze business processes, identify requirements, and propose solutions to meet organizational needs. This includes applying skills such as Business Data Analysis, Requirements Analysis, and Process Optimization. You may be asked to solve a range of straightforward problems and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures. Your understanding of key business drivers will support your participation in project planning, testing, and implementation. While no supervisory responsibilities are required, you may provide guidance and support to peers and other leaders. Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and critical thinking are essential to success in this role. 

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Design, deploy, and refine metrics and dashboards to monitor SLA and quality compliance. 

    • Align business strategies and projects with SLA and quality objectives, ensuring transparent performance reporting. 

    • Manage projects from end-to-end, using data to identify and resolve deficiencies. 

    • Support team initiatives including program governance, support risk monitoring activities such as exams/audits, control testing and remediation of issues, with a focus on continuous improvement and SLA/quality adherence. 

    • Foster accountability and transparency in SLA and quality performance across stakeholders. 

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and evaluate solution options.

    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Provide support to project teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

    • Education & Experience 

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field. 

    • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.

    • Hybrid office schedule 4 in office and 1 work from home.
