Location: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 remote) at one of our hubs: Johnston, RI | Pittsburgh, PA | Phoenix, AZ | Westwood or Medford, MA | Plano, TX | Iselin, NJ | Columbus/Cleveland, OH

About the Role

We’re looking for a proven product leader with deep Salesforce expertise to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions for our retail banking teams. This role is critical to enabling bankers to deliver seamless, personalized experiences that improve efficiency, deepen customer relationships, and enhance satisfaction across deposits, lending, and wealth solutions.

You’ll operate at the intersection of business, technology, and data, partnering with stakeholders across the bank to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, embrace ambiguity, and know how to influence through data and collaboration, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce applications supporting retail bankers and leadership.
  • Translate banker and customer needs into initiatives, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
  • Partner with Salesforce developers, architects, and admins to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with retail banking workflows.
  • Collaborate with retail leaders to identify pain points and drive process optimization.
  • Define and track KPIs such as adoption, productivity, NPS, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and data security in all solutions.
  • Champion Agile and SAFe practices, facilitating release planning and demos.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities and retail banking processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years focused on Salesforce applications in financial services or retail banking.
  • Strong understanding of retail banking operations (account opening, onboarding, lending, servicing, CRM).
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience; Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Financial Services Cloud) strongly preferred.
  • Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum; SAFe experience a plus.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and deliver results.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; a bridge-builder who partners across business, tech, and data teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and using data to drive decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and a solutions-first approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with core banking systems (e.g., FIS, Fiserv).
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance (AML, data privacy).
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and omnichannel strategies.
