The primary focus of the Facilities Analyst is the delivery of process improvement and analytics. reflecting benefits of collaboration and leadership with teams towards achieving goals and results in alignment with the Strategy Delivery Manager and the Head of Real Estate Operations. 

Candidate will provide operations project and analytical expertise to lead work streams and the reporting of time, cost, and quality. Candidate will create and foster a climate of adding value in delivering projects by striving for excellence. The Strategy Delivery Manager is responsible for Management of significant projects, analytics, and refreshed service models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver operations projects with a focus on time, cost, and quality metrics.
  • Lead workstreams and provide analytical expertise to support strategic goals.
  • Establish broad knowledge of Real Estate Operations and key systems utilized across the organization.
  • Understand key business drivers and apply insights to project execution and decision-making.
  • Support refreshed service models and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusiveness in project delivery.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities with flexibility and independence.
  • Operate in high-security environments with professionalism and discretion.

Essential Skills & Competencies:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Candidate should have technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Assignments will include data analytics, data gathering, and data presentation.

    • Well-seasoned with Microsoft Office Suite .Strong excel and PowerPoint deck creation and presentation skills 
    • Strong software skills for data manipulation and presentation.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze large data sets.
    • Skilled in data visualization to present insights clearly and effectively.
    • Competent in data management for secure storage and easy access.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
    • Effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
    • Ability to present findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Self-starter with the ability to work through issues independently.
    • Capable of identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions.
    • Escalates issues appropriately when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Strong experience with analytical tools and methodologies preferred.
  • Experience working in high-security areas is a plus.

Work Schedule:

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $67,980 - $100,000 per year. 

Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
