Role Summary 
With limited supervision, the Business Insights Analyst provides analytical, reporting, and operational support to the team. This role is responsible for maintaining clean and accurate data sources, producing recurring executive and regional reporting, supporting monthly forecasting processes, and working on projects relating to reporting needs and gaps. Over time, the Business Insights Analyst is expected to move from manual data hygiene toward higher-value analysis and insights as platforms improve and automation increases.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong Excel skills; comfortable working with large datasets, recurring templates, and manual reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through; able to maintain high accuracy under deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Organized and able to manage recurring deliverables alongside ad-hoc requests.
• Curiosity and interest in banking, sales performance, and forecasting concepts.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and directly with frontline colleagues and senior leaders. 
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Hours & Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $106,000 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the 
budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
