Join an elite team at the heart of strategic decision-making. As an Enterprise Strategy Lead, you will contribute to high-profile enterprise strategy projects such as One Citizens and strategic deep dives across Consumer, Commercial, and Private Bank topics. 

This is a high-visibility role with exposure to the Executive Committee, Board, and senior leadership across the enterprise.

This role is critical in shaping the future of our bank and your work will directly influence the bank’s direction and priorities where you’ll be part of a team that tackles the most important issues and opportunities we face.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structuring and leading strategic projects/initiatives: Defining problem statements, structuring approach to the problem, problem solving solutions, managing teams to run analyses, interviewing stakeholders and experts and synthesizing insights and conclusions

  • Developing mobilization approach and setting up for execution of strategic initiatives owned by Enterprise Strategy (e.g., developing implementation plan, defining owners and stakeholders, setting up cadence of discussions and helping prepare for those discussions)

  • Running the development of the annual Strategic Plan, including developing materials for Board of Directors discussions at the annual 2-day strategic planning offsite

  • Preparing select Executive Committee and Board of Directors strategic updates monthly

  • Structuring and developing the CEO, CFO and Head of Enterprise Strategy semi-annual ELG presentations, conference and town hall materials (as appropriate).

Experience, Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience performing as a strategic thinker with recent management consulting or corporate strategy experience – experience in a financial services / banking environment considered a plus
  • Experience working on complex, high impact projects
  • Proven communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment and developing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience managing a small team (2-3 people) of strategy analysts working on the same project
  • Experience working in Microsoft suite of products, including deep proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, as well as use of GenAI tools to support analyses and creation of documents 

Educations and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree desirable 

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday core business hours

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $204,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
