Program Overview

The Property and Procurement Rotational Program is a one-year, full-time opportunity designed for recent graduates who are eager to launch their careers in Real Estate, Procurement, and Business Operations. Participants will rotate through multiple teams gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation within the team.

This immersive program offers structured learning, mentorship, and the opportunity to work on high-impact projects. 

Program Highlights

  • Three 4-month rotations across key teams within Property and Procurement
  • Exposure to strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations
  • Mentorship and career coaching
  • Placement into a permanent role upon completion

Rotational Areas

Participants will rotate through a selection of the following teams:

Leasing

  • Retail & Office Leasing
    Strategy, site selection, space planning, and lease negotiations for over 1,300 retail and 130 office locations.
  • Lease Administration
    Ensuring compliance and cost control across the Bank’s real estate portfolio.

Real Estate Operations

  • Real Estate Operations
    Managing retail construction, facilities maintenance, and energy efficiency initiatives.
  • Corporate Services
    Overseeing Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Health & Safety, and Environmental Sustainability.

Sourcing

  • Sourcing
    Partnering with business lines to secure external resources and negotiate contracts.
  • Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
    Assessing and managing risks associated with third-party vendors in alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree completed by May 2026
  • Successfully complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link. If not completed within the timeframe, your application will be automatically withdrawn from consideration.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Candidates must currently be a U.S. Resident to be eligible for this program.
    • Please note that U.S. Immigration sponsorship or work visa is not available for intern / full time Analyst positions and candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S authorization to work in the U.S.
