Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support the delivery and execution of Retail Network Transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing our branch network. This role will work cross-functionally with teams such as Properties, Leasing, Design, Branding, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of branch transformation projects. Clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to travel across states within the Citizens footprint.  Role requires travel of up to 50%.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Properties team to execute transformation activities and manage related communications
  • Update and manage project status reports with a focus on customer impact and expectations
  • Coordinate internal hand-offs to ensure timely completion of both customer-facing and internal deliverables
  • Provide regular updates to management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Capable of navigating challenging situations with composure while maintaining the ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Support special projects and new initiatives as assigned, including process improvement efforts
  • Coordinate branch hardware deployments, ensuring timely issue resolution and proactive troubleshooting to enhance the internal customer experience 

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated success in delivering results independently while knowing when to escalate issues
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with intermediate skills in Excel
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to clearly communicate issues, opportunities, and recommendations tailored to the audience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience working across business lines to implement change

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per week:  40

Work schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary based on travel)

Flexible location within Citizens' retail branch footprint.  Role is based out of Citizens office location.
