As the Process Automation Developer, you will focus on delivering against strategic automation initiatives and work to support the ongoing performance of processes that deliver key ROI value for the bank. This role will participate in the execution of business solutions and be directly responsible for the maintenance, remediation, and modification of existing automated solutions.  The focus will be on automation of manual processes, and support the tracking of metrics and measurements as it relates to performance of process improvement strategies.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Provide Level 2 support for UiPath-based automation solutions, handling escalations from Level 1 support.
  • Investigate and resolve complex bot failures, business/System exceptions, and environment issues.
  • Monitor UiPath Orchestrator for job statuses, queue health, and robot availability.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize recurrence.
  • Collaborate with RPA developers to identify and fix bugs, optimize workflows, and deploy updates.
  • Maintain and manage UiPath assets, queues, schedules, and environment configurations.
  • Support deployment activities including package publishing, environment validation, and rollback planning.
  • Document incident resolutions, known errors, and support procedures.
  • Participate in change management, release planning, and post-deployment validation.
  • Work with infrastructure teams to troubleshoot connectivity, credential vaults, and system dependencies

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s or Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 4 years of experience in RPA support or development, with a focus on UiPath.
    • Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Assistant.
    • Strong understanding of exception handling, logging, selectors, and workflow design.
    • Experience with SQL, Excel automation, and REST/SOAP APIs.
    • Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • UiPath Certified RPA Associate or Developer.
    • Experience with REFramework and custom logging mechanisms.
    • Knowledge of ITIL practices and incident/change management processes.
    • Exposure to enterprise environments with Citrix or legacy systems.
    • Basic scripting knowledge (VB.NET, Python) is a plus.

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week:  40 hours per week, Hybrid, 4 Days Office/1 Day Home
  • Work Schedule: M-F, 8AM to 5PM

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $ 76,392  - $ 114,589 per yearplus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
