About the Role 

We’re seeking a Home Mortgage Content and Communications Partners to help shape how our Home Mortgage division communicates, organizes, and shares knowledge. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and is passionate about equipping colleagues with the resources they need to be successful. 

You’ll be a strategic partner – building, maintaining, and continually improving our content management foundation, designed with the colleague in mind, and crafting communication plans that inform and engage. Your work will drive a reduction in risk through clarity and accuracy and boost efficiency with shared resources that are digestible and accessible. 

What You'll Do 

  • Assess, design, implement, and oversee content management projects, including analysis of content (duplication and gaps) and creation of high-value, quality content – ensuring complex documentation is easy to consume. 
  • Manage all aspects of the content platform, metadata, and assets: creation, organization, communication, distribution, retrieval, and archival. 
  • Deliver relevant content updates and communications in a simple, consumable format, and support publishing workflows.
  • Partner with business leaders and teams to identify needs and deliver solutions that support organizational goals. 
  • Adherence to content management strategies, guidelines, governance, and brand/template requirements.  – optimizing with business and regulatory changes. 
  • Monitor and manage incoming requests and communications.
  • Ongoing maintenance and enhancements to team resources, serving as a model for other teams.

  • Collaboration: Versatile self-starter who works independently and cultivates relationships across all levels. 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams); familiarity with project tracking tools and remote collaboration platforms.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services. 
  • Background in communications, technical writing, or content strategy. 
  • Understanding of internal knowledge management or intranet platforms.
