Description

Citizens Private Bank continues to scale consumer and business banking activities, grow deposits, and expand in key growth markets. We are looking for talented individuals who demonstrate a track record of delivering white glove experience to clients. The Private Bank Client Relations Manager assists with relationship management for a portfolio of business and consumer clients, primarily in the private equity and venture capital industry. The Client Relations Manager has a thorough understanding of business and consumer lending products, deposits services, and wealth management. The Client Relations Manager will be a key point of contact for clients and is able to stand in for the Relationship Manager in their absence.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Relationship Managers on new client acquisition through pipeline management, prospect outreach, sales calls and platform demonstrations.
  • Firm understanding of Relationship Manager's clientele, industry focus and product specialties.
  • Routinely reviews existing client base for opportunities to expand relationships.
  • Respond to client inquiries and servicing requests in a timely manner.
  • Assists Relationship Manager with coordinating client meetings, events, and gifts.
  • Acts as a liaison with internal treasury product, implementation, sales and service teams to ensure client treasury needs are met.
  • Works with client teams to help facilitate a seamless banking transition, facilitating training and overseeing the client’s setup across all products and services.
  • Acts as a consultant for prospective and existing clients to ensure all banking needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • 5+years of industry related experience, preferred
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Demonstrated track record of managing private client relationships, with attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of the loan origination process, assisting the client through preapproval stage, underwriting, closing and post close


Hours & Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday (4 days in office/1 day WFH)
40 hours per week
