Janitorial Custodian - 2nd Shift

The Janitorial Technician role within Real Estate Operations is responsible for routine office cleaning.  This position is based in Westwood, MA.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas on a regular basis (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, trash removal, etc.).  
• Providing minor office relocations of furniture and / or contents 
• Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers      
• Execute periodicals for deep cleaning tasks and special projects when required

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of experience in janitorial 
• Proven customer service experience and/or abilities
• Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload 

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials 

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License, required 

Hours and Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40, overtime available
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 3pm – 11pm

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
