Enterprise Delivery Manager - Agile Delivery & Enterprise Change Governance

Corporate and Administrative

Westwood, Massachusetts

Description

This role is a key leadership opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about enterprise delivery maturity, governance, and change effectiveness at Citizens Bank. The Enterprise Delivery Manager will play a central role in evolving and improving Citizen's Agile operating model (known as Modern Operating Model  internally) and Agile Center of Excellence (CoE), shaping the governance and delivery model with Reimagine the Bank (an ambitious, multi-year effort to simplify how Citizen’s operates, modernize its tools and ways of working) to scale across the enterprise, and evolving enterprise-level reporting to enable clearer decision-making.

The position partners closely with business, technology, risk, and change leaders to improve how work is planned, measured, and communicated across Advance, Protect, and BAU initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape how the organization delivers change—balancing rigor, pragmatism, and enterprise impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mature the Agile Delivery CoE and Modern Operating Model (MoM) - Help improve and mature the Agile Delivery CoE and MoM by strengthening standards, ways of working, and delivery discipline across teams. Promote consistency in delivery practices while allowing flexibility based on initiative size, complexity, and risk. Support teams in applying agile principles in a way that improves outcomes, transparency, and predictability.
  • Standardize OKRs and Outcome-Based Delivery Metrics - Partner with leaders to define and embed consistent OKR frameworks for delivery across portfolios. Help shift delivery conversations from activity and status to outcomes, value, and progress against objectives. Improve alignment between enterprise strategy, delivery priorities, and reported results.
  • Strengthen Governance & Reporting Across Advance, Protect, and BAU - Help shape the governance and delivery model with Reimagine the Bank to scale across the enterprise. Improve governance and reporting structures across strategic, regulatory, and run-the-business work. Clarify expectations for governance depth, cadence, and metrics based on risk and complexity. Enable leadership with clearer visibility into priorities, capacity, dependencies, and delivery health.
  • Evolve Enterprise Change Management (ECM) Reporting - Partner with ECM working group, risk, and delivery teams to continuously improve enterprise change reporting and insights. Refine how change impact, delivery risk, and change saturation are measured and communicated. Ensure reporting supports prioritization and leadership decision-making.
  • Drive Executive-Ready Insights - Translate delivery, change, and governance data into clear, decision-ready insights. Support QBRs, governance forums, and leadership discussions with concise narratives and thoughtful analysis. Continuously simplify reporting to improve clarity and reduce noise.
  • Collaboration & Leadership - Act as a connector across teams, influencing through partnership and trust. Provide thought leadership on delivery maturity, governance evolution, and enterprise change effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in enterprise delivery, agile, change management, or governance roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve delivery practices or reporting frameworks. Experience working with senior leaders and operating in complex environments.
  • Experience in regulated environments, familiarity with ECM concepts, and strong analytical and storytelling skills.

  • 10+ years of experience leading large‑scale, cross‑functional programs or transformations in complex organizations.
  • Proven experience building and running a Program Delivery for multi‑year, multi‑workstream initiatives.
  • Strong ability to manage ambiguity, interdependencies, and competing priorities while maintaining execution discipline.
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage, challenge, and influence senior leaders.
  • Deep understanding of program governance, risk management, and performance tracking.

Education
