As the Sales & Services Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of business line strategies across the organization. This is done by collaborating with business line partners and stakeholders as relied upon advocates and consultants by providing a unique, holistic view of both the customer and colleague experience. You will provide strategic input, project management, education and implementation of business line initiatives.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Execute on initiatives identified in the sales & service strategic Ppan, leading large, high profile, high impact initiatives. This Work Includes research, reporting, making compelling business proposals and measures of success.
  • Partner with assigned business line extended team for execution on deliverables.
  • Ensure initiatives are appropriately scoped with CRS, capacity management and risk/compliance.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • 3-5 years work experience in financial services.
  • Strong creativity and innovative thinking skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40

  • Work Schedule: M-Thurs in office, Fri WFH 

Pay Transparency 

  • The salary range for this position is $109,000 - $135,000 annually, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
