Role Summary

Support sales enablement for Citizens Private Bank by maintaining tools, developing enablement content, and reinforcing resources that help embed core sales routines into daily practice. Gather field feedback, identify opportunities to improve tools and resources, support onboarding and ramp-up for new Relationship Managers, strengthen cross-team connectivity, and assist with administration of the Relationship Manager Development Program.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Enablement tools & content adoption:
    • Expand and maintain a library of enablement resources that are easily accessible, current, and tied to core sales routines (prospecting, referrals, client engagement, and opportunity progression).
    • Ensure content is current, easy to find, and embedded into daily workflows; coordinate updates with SMEs and communicate changes clearly to the field.
    • Drive reinforcement through engagement tools (checklists, coaching prompts, “what good looks like” standards) and post-session follow-ups that support behavior change.
  • Field insights & continuous improvement:
    • Build relationships and a regular feedback loop with Relationship Managers, Private Bankers, and partner teams to understand what colleagues need to succeed
    • Translate insights into prioritized improvements in tools and enablement resources.
  • Culture & connectivity:
    • Sales Colleague Onboarding (new-to-firm and new-to-role): Coordinate and administer the onboarding experience for client-facing colleagues—especially Relationship Managers and Wealth Managers —as it pertains to core sales routines (client definition, pipelines, referral tracking, business development spending, etc.)
    • Help colleagues build networks and reinforce shared standards and expectations.
    • Strengthen “One Citizens” connectivity by partnering across teams to expose colleagues to resources, experts, and referral pathways that improve collaboration and client outcomes.
  • RM Development program support:
    • Assist with administration of the Relationship Manager Development program (planning cadence, participant tracking, communications, session logistics, and follow-ups)
    • Partner with content owners to reinforce learning through job aids and mentor-ready reinforcement tools.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-5 years work experience in financial services.
  • Strong creativity and innovative thinking skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40

  • Work Schedule: M-Thurs in office, Fri WFH 

Pay Transparency 

  • The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $106,000/annually, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
