Associate Relationship Manager - Foreign Corporate

As the Associate Relationship Manager, your primary functions will include bringing outstanding ideas to our clients; proactive development and production of client pitches; actively participate in delivering the pitches to our clients; providing secondary, and in some instances direct, client account coverage; sharing best practices and thought leadership in a consistent manner across Citizens' Commercial Banking footprint; tracking regional market changes in order to deliver innovative solutions to Citizens' clients and prospects; ensuring industry expertise is being delivered in a consistent manner within a region and across regions; and developing and delivering new and innovative solutions to drive both internal change and external delivery of life cycle solutions to Citizens' clients and prospects.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Developing best in class pitches to Ensure both industry specific insights as well as cross functional/cross product solutions are brought to market.
  • Marketing and Delivering, a wide range of products and services to Commercial banking clients in support of the overall team / regional goals.
  • Covering client accounts in order to generate ideas that lead to transactions. Manage client relationships as assigned.
  • Co-lead client meetings to support delivery of pitch activity and thought Leadership.
  • Interact Directly with clients and prospects in support of the overall bank Relationship.
  • Lead and Manage all other new business initiatives within a region and on a national business as required by the regional Execs, National Sales Manager and other Senior management members.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Required Qualifications
    • 3+ years of commercial banking background demonstrating proficiency in credit deal execution, product knowledge and relationship development in the Foreign Corporate sector
    • Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field
    • Formal Credit training program completion
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with sales presentations and demonstrations
    • Cross-collaboration experience with other business lines and product knowledge

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday

PayTransparency

The salary range for this position is $123,000 - $155,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
