Reporting to the Head of Digital Asset Commercial Strategy, this role leads initiatives from concept through production, ensuring innovation results in measurable business outcomes—not experimentation. • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital asset initiatives from pilot to production
  • Drive disciplined go/no‑go decisions tied to client value, scalability, and risk readiness
  • Orchestrate complex cross‑functional execution across business, technology, and control teams
  • Embed governance, risk, compliance, and operational resilience from day one
  • Scale commercially viable solutions into existing products and workflows (e.g., tokenized deposits, programmable payments, real‑time settlement)

What you'll bring:

Required:

  • 10+ years in financial services, fintech, payments, or capital markets
  • Senior leadership experience delivering complex initiatives in regulated environments
  • Proven track record of launching revenue‑generating products
  • Strong knowledge of digital assets, payments modernization, and risk frameworks
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Familiarity with stablecoins, tokenized deposits, or programmable payments
  • Experience integrating new platforms with core banking systems or payment rails
