What You’ll Do

  • Own product delivery for digital asset and tokenization initiatives from pilot through production readiness
  • Translate use cases (tokenized deposits, stablecoin settlement, onchain payments, programmable money) into clear epics, stories, and outcomes
  • Serve as product owner for assigned workstreams, leading backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and releases
  • Partner closely with engineering teams building APIs, smart contracts, and core ledger integrations
  • Coordinate across business, technology, risk, legal, compliance, and operations to embed governance and controls early
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to maintain delivery momentum and quality
  • Ensure solutions meet security, resiliency, compliance, and operational standards
  • Contribute to the evolution of Citizens’ digital asset operating model and scalable delivery patterns

What You Bring

Required

  • 5+ years in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or agile delivery within financial services, fintech, or payments
  • Experience working with or alongside digital asset, blockchain, tokenization, or emerging payments technologies
  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience, including managing backlogs and delivering through twoweek sprints
  • Proven ability to write highquality user stories and collaborate across engineering, business, and control teams
  • Comfort operating in fastmoving, evolving environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus

Preferred

  • Experience in regulated banking, payments, treasury services, or capital markets
  • Familiarity with stablecoins, tokenized deposits, or programmable payments
