Description

The Private Bank Client Relations Manager is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing securities-based lines of credit for high-net-worth clients. This role partners closely with Financial Advisors, Product partners, and Operations teams to deliver customized liquidity solutions while adhering to collateral, concentration, and risk management guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure and facilitate BAU securities-based lines of credit and modifications to existing facilities.
  • Analyze collateral eligibility, advance rates, concentration limits, and portfolio-related lending risks.
  • Manage the lending process from application through funding while ensuring a seamless client and advisor experience.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Financial Advisors regarding securities-based lending solutions.
  • Educate advisors and clients on securities-based lending products, policies, and best practices.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations and Product partners to ensure efficient execution and timely issue resolution.
  • Support advisors with complex lending inquiries while balancing business needs, client expectations, and risk requirements.
  • Respond effectively to a high volume of advisor requests and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in securities-based lending, private banking, wealth management, lending operations, credit administration, or a related financial services role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Proven ability to learn complex financial products and apply sound judgment in support of clients and advisors.
  • Experience with lending platforms, CRM systems, or securities-based lending tools (including Supernova or similar systems) is a plus.

Pay Transparency

The range for this position is $155,000 - $185,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
