The Consumer Experience Delivery Sr Budget Analyst position is part of the CXD Town Management team, responsible for managing our capital budget, resource tracking, as well as various data and analytics to support the town. The Senior Project Manager is adept at balancing program needs against budgets and partnering with the key team members including EOs, Neighborhood, and technology partners.

Primary responsibilities include: 

  • Partner with consumer strategy,  finance and  the Town Management team members to reconcile monthly spend against budget and forecasts 
  • Assist with actively managing resource alignment and forecasting, ensuring timely hiring and resource movement across teams as needed
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improved budget management and propose options to maximize opportunities
  • Assist with quarterly town level reporting including capital & resource reporting
  • Track SOW spend and assist with contract origination, renewal, termination, and amendments
  • Partner with Neighborhood Leads and Experience Owners to track progress against roadmaps and corresponding goals
  • Partner closely will Agile tools team to ensure the town is utilizing tools effectively and optimizing automation and reporting
  • Assist in managing Town OpEx budget by partnering with finance 

Qualifications: 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3-5 Years  of consumer banking/financial products and business processes preferred
  • Experience financial and vendor management
  • Knowledge of Agile Delivery methodology, as well as Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, take initiative and work as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, across all levels of management 
  • Ability to identify anomalies and trends in data and independently take action to mitigate risk or optimize outcomes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance/prioritize requests 
  • Flexibility and ability to acquire new skills to keep pace with changing systems and processes 

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge of Appito, Target Process, ARDM, Oracle, and Jira
  • Advanced Excel skills, proficient working with large data volume
  • Prior experience with Agile Delivery as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or finance support role.

Educational, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

  • Either 3+ years of experience as described above and/or a BA/BS in Business, Finance, or a related field

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F 8-5, This is a hybrid role (3 days on site) from our Johnston RI or Westwood MA Office locations.
