As the Program Manager, you will ensure multiple business level projects are planned, organized, controlled, and delivered within a program portfolio, working directly with project sponsors. Includes oversight of multiple strategic initiatives and detailed, hands-on management of select projects. Typically, these efforts involve several parallel projects, subject matter experts, managers and key stakeholders. The outcome(s) of a program effort may have a significant impact upon business economics and success of the business strategic plan.  These efforts may also consume significant amounts of funding. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of significant projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process reengineering, establishment of control procedures) within this infrastructure area. You must have strong quantitative, analytical, and project management skills. Furthermore, you should be able to communicate complex concepts, anticipate potential objections, and influence others to adopt a different point of view. Incumbents may utilize agile software development methodologies.

Primary responsibilities: 

 The incumbent is responsible for program planning, strategy, execution, and delivery, including:
- Governance and oversight across multiple initiatives to ensure alignment, progress, and risk management;
- Leading end-to-end project management for assigned initiatives, including scope, timeline, budget, and dependency management;
- Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and resolving issues and escalations;
- Driving efficiency, quality, and process improvements;
- Supporting adoption and sustainability of change through structured change management practices.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

Required Qualifications

5+ years demonstrated experience managing large transformational programs

Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt preferred

Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: 8-5

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $180,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
