Role Summary

The Private Bank Deposits Business Insights Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Deposits Product team by delivering insights, analytics, and execution support that drive performance across Private Bank client segments.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product Managers, Relationship Managers, Private Bankers, and senior leadership to monitor portfolio performance, support pricing strategies, and provide actionable insights on client behavior, deposit flows, and market trends. Your work will directly influence how deposit strategies are executed and optimized across the business.


Key Responsibilities

Deposits Portfolio Management & Insights

  • Analyze and monitor deposit portfolios, including balances, flows, product mix, and client behavior
  • Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across checking, savings, MMA, CDs, and specialty products
  • Support segmentation analysis and portfolio performance reviews to inform strategic decisions

Pricing Strategy & Execution

  • Help implement deposit pricing strategies, including rate changes and promotional offers
  • Track pricing performance and client response to market movements
  • Support pricing analysis, materials development, and governance discussions
  • Partner with Product, Pricing, and Sales teams on exception tracking and reporting

Reporting & Leadership Support

  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting on deposit performance and trends
  • Build dashboards, summaries, and executive-ready materials for leadership reviews
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with reporting standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in banking, financial services, analytics, or similar role
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data and trends
  • Advanced Excel skills (experience with reporting/visualization tools is a plus)
  • Effective communicator with the ability to partner across business and leadership teams
  • Interest in Private Banking, deposits, and client relationship management

Schedule & Work Arrangement

  • Hours: 40 per week
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
  • Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
  • Approved Office Locations:
    • New York, NY: 1301 Avenue of the Americas
    • Rhode Island: Johnston
    • Florida: West Palm Beach, Tampa
    • California: Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, Menlo Park, San Diego

Pay Transparency & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $79,000 – $105,000 + annual discretionary bonus
