Platform Manager - Loan IQ

4 Days in the office from our location in Johnston RI.

Role is not relocation eligible. 

As a Platform Manager, you will be instrumental in bringing innovative ideas to fruition. Your role will be central to the successful integration of disruptive technologies within the organization. You will be responsible for providing groundbreaking integration support across multiple Technology and/or Company Platforms, providing consultation by using business and technical knowledge to support business strategies and deliver business outcomes. You will work with Business Architects, Data Architects and Technology Platform owners to ensure strategic alignment to Platform Blueprint roadmaps and enterprise standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for all aspects for oversight of the platform.

Primary responsibilities include

Define and drive strategic vision for Commercial Lending for Citizens supporting BiLateral, Loan Syndication and Specialty Lending experience

Lead and Execute the Loan IQ Platform Strategy and roadmap

Collaborate with Product Vendors (Finastra, AFS Vision, Solify) to manage the product capability, version upgrades and align with product roadmap

Lead the Loan IQ Center of Excellence across both in US and GCC India

Serve as an expert on LoanIQ Platform functionality, Lona IQ API and Loan IQ Configuration and SDK

Lead the Platform vison roadmap by defining and maintaining strategy aligned with Commercial Lending business goals

Work Closely with enterprise enabling teams, IT ecurity teams and business stakeholders to ensure Product Customizations, end to end integrations and sloutions to meet organizational needs and regulatory expectations

Ensure governance and compliance with enterprise and operational standards

Communicate roadmaps, risks and program status to business and technology leadership

Maintain clear product backlog, balancing product customizations, upgrades, enhancements, configurations, integrations and SDK needs

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
    • 7+ yrs of experience in Loan IQ platform and integration
    • Deep Understanding of Loan IQ Functionality, Loan IQ APIs, data model and distributed systems
    • Strong Syndicated Lending Domain expertise to support Agented and Non Agency, Bi-Lateral and Secondary Loan Trading expertise to drive with Finastra and Commercial Loan Operations team
    • Hands on expertise with Loan IQ, TDT and DataNet Modules, especially LoanIQ Product Configurations and Batch Modulesto support Day to Day, Month end, quarter end year end processes
    • Able to collaborate with Finastra to support Product Upgrades and Other critical Incidents etc
    • Ability to communicate across all levels in the organization
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in the financial services industry; understanding of the role of consumer and custodial banks; experience handling sensitive financial data
    • Strong business analysis, solutions crafting, interaction management and presentation skills

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $ 177,000- $ 200,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
