HR-Development Executive Admin & Project Manager

Description

This role combines senior-level executive administrative support with hands-on project management within HR Development. The individual partners closely with leadership to manage day-to-day priorities while planning and executing key initiatives that support the Development function.

This is a high-visibility role requiring strong judgment, organization, and the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities – Executive Support

  • Provide direct support to senior HR Development leadership, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination

  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and materials for leadership meetings

  • Manage communications, including drafting responses and handling confidential information

  • Coordinate travel, expenses, and meeting logistics

  • Support leadership meetings, offsites, and events

Project Management & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute HR Development projects from initiation through completion

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and track progress against milestones

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution

  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies

  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership

Project Activities

  • Support project budgeting activities, including tracking spend and resource allocation

  • Build and deliver polished presentations for senior leadership

  • Track deliverables and follow up to ensure accountability

  • Maintain project documentation and reporting dashboards

  • Assist with resource planning across initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience supporting senior leaders in an executive administrative capacity

  • Demonstrated project management experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $92,000-$127,000 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
