Description

As a Data Support Analyst-Wealth Management, you will support Wealth Data Governance by monitoring data transmissions, investigating data quality issues, and assisting with the execution of data controls and documentation. This role focuses on handson analysis, issue resolution, and collaboration with senior team members to ensure reliable data delivery across wealth platforms.

This position is ideal for an analyst who is detailoriented, eager to learn, and looking to grow deeper expertise in wealth data, governance, and data operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor data feeds and interfaces to identify data quality issues or transmission failures.

  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across Wealth Management systems with guidance from senior team members.

  • Execute data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Assist with documenting data flows, feed specifications, transmission schedules, and issue logs.

  • Support incident tracking, root cause analysis, and remediation activities.

  • Partner with business and technology teams to clarify data requirements and support issue resolution.

  • Communicate findings, status updates, and questions clearly to team members and stakeholders.

  • Contribute data governance processes and control execution.

  • Support ongoing improvements to data quality, monitoring, and documentation practices.

  • Manage assigned tasks effectively while balancing multiple priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical, data, or operationsfocused role.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.

  • Handson experience with data analysis, data quality checks, or data loading processes.

  • Working knowledge of SQL and Excel; familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.

  • Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Financial Services, particularly Wealth Management or Investments.

  • Familiarity with data governance concepts, data stewardship, or data controls.

  • Exposure to data transmissions, system integrations, or vendor data feeds.

  • Experience with Salesforce.

  • Demonstrated past job stability

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Advanced degree is a plus.

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40

  • Work Schedule: M-F  8-5 PM ET ;  4 days in the office/ potential for 1 day work from home
