The Private Bank Sr Client Relations Manager (Business Banking) works directly with a Relationship Manager to ensure seamless client experience and operational efficiency. This individual will be tasked with supporting client acquisition and overall relationship management, leveraging product knowledge across treasury management, personal and commercial lending, digital banking, and wealth management. The Client Relations Manager (Business Banking) will include a focus on commercial lending activities, providing clients with structuring and pricing guidance and underwriting teams with support and guidance from initial loan reviews through to documentation and execution. Primary responsibilities include Partnering with RMs on new client acquisition through sales calls and digital platform demonstrations. Acts as a liaison with internal treasury product, implementation, sales and service teams to ensure client treasury needs are met. Works with client teams to help facilitate a seamless banking transition, providing training and overseeing the client’s setup across all treasury products and services, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Acts as a consultant for prospective and existing clients to ensure all deposit and lending needs are met in a timely and accurate manner. Qualifications, Education, Certifications, and/or Other Professional Credentials 5-10+ years of experience supporting Relationship Managers and private bank clients Proven track record of managing the lending process from origination through closing, with specialized expertise in commercial and consumer lending and credit analysis for both closely held businesses and sophisticated, high-net-worth clients, required Bachelor’s Degree Experience with structuring and documenting complex loan structures, highly valued Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to manage relationships and partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders. Hours & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: M-F Location: Citizens Private Bank Office; Boylston Street, Boston, MA Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $195,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
