Description

The role of Wealth Management – Wealth Ops Processor allows experienced Wealth Ops processing colleagues the opportunity to broaden their knowledge of the industry through close partnership with other Operations departments.  Candidates will be cross trained in other Wealth Operations functions.  With a more versatile skill set, Wealth Ops Sr. Processors provide additional Operational support on more complex cases and inquiries.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Processing account opening/account maintenance functions
  • Incoming returned mail handling 
  • Review documentation to determine the paperwork and information is in good order
  • Ensuring prompt, accurate and timely resolution of all requests and inquiries, including phone correspondence
  • Reach out to field advisors and/or clients for clarifications as needed
  • Gain deeper knowledge and understanding of Wealth Management Investment products (Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Annuities) to handle customer inquiries with increasing complexity

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year or more of bank/financial services customer service-related experience.  
  • Demonstrated work history of strong attention to detail. 
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.  
  • Proven ability for positive and customer-focused mindset. 
  • Proven ability to be successful and adapt to a fast-paced, multi-dimensional work environment using strong time management skills.
  • Proven ability to successfully analyze, problem solve and make decisions independently. 
  • Possess goal oriented professional approach with an interest in Wealth Management and Investment Products.
  • Completed high school degree or GED equivalent.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Securities Licenses such as SIE, Series 7 or Series 63.
  • Demonstrated successful stable work history.
  • Completed associates and/or bachelors college degree.

Hours & Work Schedule:

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule:
    •  M-F: 8:30 AM ET - 5:00 PM ET; Occasional OT Optional
    • 100% in office. Once fully trained and performing at high level potential for 1-day WFH every week.
